Replacement coolant hoses for the Astra G & Zafira A GSI/SRI Turbo fitted with the Z20LET engine.
Hose colour - BLUE
Includes ALL 13 hoses replacing every coolant hose on the engine!
Turbo hose features a custom made banjo union to replicate the original hose which has been hydraulically crimped to ensure a leak free seal.
Not just a cheap banjo pushed in the end!
13 hose kit includes:
- thermostat to coolant rail
- coolant rail to header tank
- header tank to turbo
- throttle body to cylinder head
- header tank to oil cooler
- AUX water pump to cylinder head outlet flange
- heater matrix to AUX water pump
- heater matrix to oil cooler & throttle body
- n/s radiator hose
- o/s radiator hose
- oil cooler to water pump (under inlet manifold)
- oil cooler to cylinder head (under inlet manifold
- turbo to radiator hose
